Bring a Reading Rainbow author to your school!
Full-day programs typically feature up to five 40 to 50-minute sessions with roughly fifty to a hundred kids each. This veteran classroom teacher knows how to engage young audiences! I tailor presentations to different grade levels, encouraging preschoolers and kindergartners to sing and shout and act out my books while drawing on fifteen years experience as a children’s editor to chat with older elementary students about how books are created. I have enjoyed over 50 successful full-day visits to districts in New Jersey, New York State, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
I charge less for a lively full-day visit from my home in New Jersey than many comparable authors charge for a single hour. Please use the contact link to learn about arranging an appearance or residency.
